Sosua Ocean Village is a prestigious ocean front residential community where you can rent all types of real estate and enjoy resort-like amenities. If you are not satisfied with the Villas & Condos we have reserved don’t worry! There are many other options to choose from.

We encourage everyone to make their reservations as soon as possible to ensure to book the condo or villa you prefer. If these book before you have a chance to please do not worry! The village is HUGE and has accommodations for everyone and for all budgets. If for any reason the units we have listed do not suit your budget or needs you have many options:

We sure hope you choose to stay on-site with us. We find that some all inclusive resorts are going to charge much more per day and the food and beverages aren’t always of the best quality. However, if an all-inclusive is more of your jam we are happy if you are happy! There are many hotels in the North Coast of Dominican Republic and just a short drive away from Ocean Village Deluxe. Please be aware that you will have to arrange for transportation to take you to and from Ocean Village Deluxe. The night of the wedding the reception ends around 2:00am so please make sure you have trusted transportation and you feel comfortable commuting at the that time of night. I do not recommend it for those who are unfamiliar with the area. I will try to assist you as best as I can with making arrangements. A DAY PASS IS ONLY FOR A GUEST WHO WANTS TO EXPLORE THE PROPERTY ALONE AND USE THE AMENITIES. SO LONG AS YOU ARE WITH THE WEDDING GUESTS/PARTY YOU ARE OKAY TO BE ON THE PROPERTY.
